For example, if we invest a primary stage under construction commercial property which has at least 3 years for completion. Suppose we buy 1000 Sq Ft space at the price of 5000/- Per Sq Ft. Now understand this in the table given below:

At the time of  completion within 3 years, we got 2000/- Per Sq Ft appreciation (A)20,00,000
After Possession, leased this property for the next 3 years to any brand @ rs 4% per annum (28000/- Per Month) (B)28000X36=1,008,000
After completion of 6 years (3 years before possession and 3 years post possession), we get another sale value appreciation @rs 2000/- Per Sq Ft (C)We get after 6 years (A+B+C) 2,000,000+2,00,0000+1,008,000        =5,008,000/- Its a simple calculation for best commercial property investment.
