The iThum-73 (ithum-2) office space & retail shops project is located in sector 73, Noida. We can see the location of the ithum-2 office space project with two logical points.

The First One: The iThum-2 is less than 300-meter away from 3 mega commercial projects such as MMR-52nd avenue, Anthurium IT Park & Spectrum Metro. Newly launch iThum-2 office space project creating investment competition at this location.   Actually, at present,  there is no need for any new commercial project in this location. Oversupply is always killing our investment growth.  And in this consideration, the location of the iThum-2 is very bad.

Second One: What is really happening nowadays? the residential property is no longer a favorite for investment. Now the builders are trying to pull the investor’s hard-earned money in the name of investment and growth in oversupplied commercial real estate projects by creating the hype. Be careful. Our Advice, for investment, avoid completely, soft launch/pre-launch/primary stage under construction commercial projects of Central Noida.  And in this consideration, the location of the iThum-73 is very bad.

Possession | Construction Update
The iThum-2 IT-office space project is in the pre-launch stage. The project is not RERA Registered now.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
The investment in iThum-2 retail shops may not perform well. There are the 2-strong reason behind this:-

First One:-  All the nearby residential societies of nearby sectors have their own retail shop market to cater to daily needs and other shopping needs of its residents. So that’s why iThum-2 retail shops may not working fine.

Second One:- The MMR-52nd Avenue and Spectrum Metro commercial projects are very bigger projects in compression of iThum-2. Both above-said commercial projects have all the facilities related to shopping & entertainment, such as Movies Theaters, Hotels, Banquet Halls, Hyper Markets, Games, etc. So people will like to go in big where all the facilities are available, not in small. Big fish always eat small fish. So keep these small but important things in mind while investing.
