    • Actually, this project is different from others, in terms of layout design, location, eye-catching visibility, and amenities, It is one of the best layout design I ever have seen. Apart from office space and retails the project is rich in entertainment facilities such as Amusement parks. The Bhutani Grandthum has all things which attract customers footfall easily

        • The drawbacks are the massive construction of office towers to complete on time.
          I have seen very rarely that a project like Cyberthum is so widely advertised. Nothing new as concepts like yatch. Venice mall on greater Noida has water yacht service but it has failed to take off.

    I have a question- You told in Conclusion that, hold your investment until completion/possession of the project for best returns. Now the question is that “What is the time limit of hold? How much time did we hold our investments for better growth? Can you please explain any time limit for better growth in terms of Bhutani Grandthum?

  8. Bhutani is spending more and more money on marketing, but there is nothing on the ground. He is trying to hide his ground reality, be careful guys, its bubble can ever break. Cyberthum has failed, and to hide its reality, it has launched Grandthum.
    In this article, the reviewer says that the Bhutani Infra has no debts, What’s the proof?

    • How can you say there is nothing on ground. I have visited their projects such as Alphathum. The towers A B C superstructures are complete and one of my friends is purchasing for possession in 3-4 months.
      I genuinely think this is a great opportunity – Grandthum, Cyberthum – also ok but not the grandeur of Grandthum.

      This indeed is a good commercial project to invest in. The only issue can be timeline which is very aggressive for a project for such dimensions. I will say take at least 6 months grace.

  10. Rs. 52 crore loan taken from Punjab and Sindh Bank by Parmesh Construction Company Limited in year 2006 or so , has been repaid by builder or not? Please update its status as I m planning to invest in Bhutani”s project at Greater Noida sector 137.
