    Also, other projects of Bhutani (Cyberthum, AlphaThum) are not rated(in stars) as you given 4-star ti GrandThum

    • Actually, this project is different from others, in terms of layout design, location, eye-catching visibility, and amenities, It is one of the best layout design I ever have seen. Apart from office space and retails the project is rich in entertainment facilities such as Amusement parks. The Bhutani Grandthum has all things which attract customers footfall easily

  2. It’s quite well explained, never saw such genuine advice in real estate. I am willing to invest in Bhutani Grandthum.
    I have a question- You told in Conclusion that, hold your investment until completion/possession of the project for best returns. Now the question is that “What is the time limit of hold? How much time did we hold our investments for better growth? Can you please explain any time limit for better growth in terms of Bhutani Grandthum?
