The Omaxe India Trade Center is located at the main road of the Alpha Commercial Belt. It’s a corner 2-side open commercial property.  This project is along with the Metro Track, and walking distance from Alpha Commercial Belt Metro Station.

The Omaxe ITC is just 5-minutes drive from famous Pari Chowk & Noida Greater Noida Expressway. The Project is also very close to several government offices such as Greater Noida Authority, UP Pollution Control Board, Sub Registrar Gautam Budh Nagar, RERA Office Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, etc. Overall, the Omaxe India Trade Center is an approachable location project.

Possession
The Omaxe India Trade Center is under construction. This project is already delayed by more than 3-years but now a day the Omaxe builder is in the position to give the possession within 6 to 7 months.

Actually, the Greater Noida is a low-density population area and low-density is good for the living but not for large-scale commercial developments and the Alpha Commercial Belt Greater Noida already cross the limit of commercial property developments many years ago.

Actually, from Alpha Commercial Belt to Delta One metro station (Along with Metro Track) has oversupplied commercial project. There is a big gap in demand and supply. The supply is very high in comparison to demand. Alpha commercial Belt is already sufficient to cater to the daily shopping needs and other commercial needs of the nearby residents of nearby localities.  Already several big brands retail stores working fine in the Alpha Commercial Belt, commercial complexes such as Domino’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, Patanjali Mega Store, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Samsung Mobile Store, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, and many more, etc.

Already several office spaces and retail spaces are vacant and available for sale and lease in Alpha Commercial Belt commercial complexes. And which is in the services for more than ten years. At present, there is more than 40 percent of retail space are vacant in the Alpha Commercial Belt.

The Greater Noida is a well-planned city. There are so many well planned residential townships, flats, societies, Schools, colleges, and universities, but there are no industries, manufacturing units, and other business industries. There is a lot of hooliganism in the Greater Noida that’s why it is difficult to do business here. We can say that the Greater Noida is no gentlemen’s land.

The maximum residential societies/flats are vacant or low population density and most of these are college students. At present, the Greater Noida has become an education hub.

  1. Actually the investments condition of the commercial property especially office space and retail shop is very bad in the greater noida, there is no resale in the alpha commercial belt

    Really there is a very big gap in demand and supply.

    Now there is no need for more new commercial property or projects

  3. Very near to Delta-1 Metro station. The project is comming up well though bit delayed. Omaxe ITC will provide much needed place of stay for people participating in different functions held at ExpoMart and other events in Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway. They have collaborated with AmericInn, bread and basket brand owned by one of the largest US based hotel groups Wyndham. The office spaces in ITC are very small, not sure what purpose they are supposed to serve, apart from brokers of different real estate firms opening their office here. Shops should do good though most of them are small in size. With the logistic hub comming up at Dadri and transport hub comming at Boraki, ITC’s significance will increase further especially since both of those hubs is planned to be connected by metro, but that is a good 5-7 years from now. Other positive factor is Greater Noida developing as India’s number one Mobile manufacturing destination. Expect a lot of visitors, who will need short to mid term stay.
