Prominent schools & higher education institutes are in close proximity, such as Delhi Public School & Santosh Medical College, etc. The T-Homes is properly connected with NH-24 Highway, Indirapuram, Noida Extension & Noida.

Fact Check 
The T-Homes has approx 500+ flats on just a 5-Acre land which is very dense congested. In fact, in a small residential society, more flats disturb residents living. Leaving in congestion attracts several mental illnesses.

If we talk about the park facing flats of this project, there is no mean of the park facing units beyond the 10Th floors in a small 5-acre residential society.

The Siddharth Vihar is adjoined with a C-grade notorious locality of Vijay Nagar. And the Vijay Nagar is a high-dense slum population without any amenities. Even the Siddharth Vihar is also a slum area, there are several urban poor EWS flats societies such as Kashi-Ram Avas Yojna, Samajvadi Avas Yojna, etc.

At Present the T-Homes is adjoined with a dumping ground and very populated, smelled river Hondon.

The T-Homes markets their flats as India`s first digital housing, which is not true. Actually maximum of digital functions he shows of in their apartments was being introduced by several Indirapuram & Vaishali builders in their residential group housings 10-12 years back such as Assotech Windsor Park, Designarch eHomes, etc.

It is better to invest, above 10-acre residential projects.

It is probably not the right choice of investment for those who are looking for ROI in the next year or so. There may not be a real appreciation of value for resale in the next couple of years.  Because of a huge unsold residential flats inventory available in several ready to move and under-construction projects of Siddharth Vihar and surrounding areas. The construction and possession of this project depend on the sale of apartments/flats so the project may be the delay.

If you are buying for self-use, then no comments. But if buying it for pure investment then there may be a chance for delay appreciation.

  1. the editor of this article is very negative about the surrounding of Siddhartha Vihar or maybe he has not researched well enough before writing.

    Some great points about the location.

    1. Well connected to both NH 24 and NH 58.
    2.Well connected to metro (Both Shaheed sthal and Noida electronic city)
    3. 40 acre part to be developed by Avas Vikas. (most likely a Golf Course)
    4. 63-acre land owned by Subhash Gulati Group (two five stars hotel/luxury high rise apartments/shopping mall/super specialty hospital to be made)
    5. Next GIP mall to be made (not confirmed)
    6. Easy connectivity to Delhi.
