The T-Homes has approx 500+ flats on just a 5-Acre land which is very dense congested. In fact, in a small residential society, more flats disturb residents living. Leaving in congestion attracts several mental illnesses.
If we talk about the park facing flats of this project, there is no mean of the park facing units beyond the 10Th floors in a small 5-acre residential society.
The Siddharth Vihar is adjoined with a C-grade notorious locality of Vijay Nagar. And the Vijay Nagar is a high-dense slum population without any amenities.
