It’s a 7.5-Acre IT-commercial plot. The WTC Noida CBD is very close to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The project is properly visible and walkable. So can say that the location of the World Trade Centre, Noida CBD, Sector 132 is very impressive.

    • Dude seems like YOUR RESEARCH IS ZERO IN WTC CBD. You should research better before writing such baseless, factless and useless comments for WTC CBD. To correct you on the very basic point there is no RETAIL outline coming in this property. Secondly, understand the difference between IT and TELECOME. Thirdly, if you understand my second point thn dere is no need for explanation.
      However, did you mention the size of the office space in WTC CBD that you are comparing it with other projects? Have you seen the layout? It is not yet completed and you rated it. Gosh from where did you dine this research?

          Good Evening..Read ur post on the net. I am also an investor in this WTC Noida project. So thought of asking you regarding the latest update on this project. I am based out of Bangalore and hence have not visited the site nor gotten any updates from the developer. I made this investment thru Square Yards who marketed this project.

          I am of the opinion that all investors in this project like us should get together and put pressure on the builder and also thru govt agencies.

      Other one is already operational on yamuna expressway Greater Noida . Phase 1 operational and 2nd is near possession and 3rd phase is pre launch….

  5. WTC Noida is very good project. But lot of payment delays. They will not pay the returms in time. Customer service is very bad. Not worth an investment.

  6. Alright, so the point is people who say that this is the waste project for them….

    1) WTC (, world trade center) is the full form.
    2) All telecom companies will come up here as per the UP govt. Rules.
    3) 225sq yd (I guess) your area which will be taken care of by them for leasing out.
    4) Appreciation of 10% every 3 years.
    5) If ITS is around that does not mean that demand and supply are imbalanced. Do all the fortune 500 companies landed in this area MR RESEARCHER?
    6) The area is surrounded by at least 4 big schools and Amity like within 6-7 km.
    7) Flats are coming up in the surroundings.
    8) This is complete office space and for the retail-only banks will come up. No idea if they have changed the plan as of now.
    9) I bought it for like 22lakhs including taxes and registration (registration is not yet done though once it’s completed then) and I m getting the return of 15,333/- after TDS.

    So guru please research better next time.
    10) LEASE IS OF 99 YEARS. So if you plan to sell it even after keeping it for 10 years you will get at least double the money + the monthly rental for these 10 years.
    11) WTC is a brand they will not entertain small size IT co.s, therefore, the rent is high. More reason they have different clientele altogether.

    Just like PEOPLE DRIVING ALTO VS MERCEDES.

      • WTC Noida CBD is a worst project of Noida. It is a failure project. Also WTC employees and employer are fake people, they just take money from people and don’t return. We all have to register a complaint against them. I have invested our money in CBD Noida project and there is no progress in project so now I want to cancel it and want my money back but they are not returning our money back, I am following with them since 2 years. Please help us to get my money.

  8. Hi! Any update on when does the builder plan to complete the project in Sec 132? Also is there resale taking place here for office space and ATM?

    My take is that WTC is a big global brand and they would not put their reputation at stake because of fault of a builder. If something goes wrong then they will have the recourse to take back the project and give it to someone else to complete.

    There was also a Real Estate Fund by WTC for which I have seen many hoardings on DND Flyway.

    I am perhaps the oldest investor in WTC wherin l bought 2 office spaces of 500 sq ft in 2014 or around then.
    For last 8 years there has been no slip up on any payment till date.
    I am surprised to see such negative feedback on WTC Come on it is a World class company.
    I invested my hard earned money when l was a retired Army veteran.
    Not once has WTC erred in paying the assured returns or the rent thereafter.
    I am surprised form where this negative feedback is coming from ??

    • Sir , Even I had the same impression, however AR was stopped even for me from Feb 2020 till Mar 22. of course they will adjust in final EMI. But the response is very bad. Commitment date is long over , however waiting for RERA date of end 2024. I have also booked since 2014.
