AMR The Great Adventure Mall is situated in SEZ, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, Utter Pradesh, India. This commercial property is not easily approachable to the public. No urban population is living nearby this project.

AMR Great Adventure Mall has no advantage of Yamuna Expressway, It is too far from the residential areas of Greater Noida, one can say it’s an isolated location. Overall the location of AMR The Great Adventure Mall is not very impressive.

Possession
This Project the AMR The Great Adventure Mall is semi-functional for more than three years. The Developer is in the NCLT. Stuck project.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
The developer of AMR The Great Adventure Mall started this project in the year of 2006 but the project is still not fully complete. The project is already delayed for than 8 years. The investors who invested in this property since 2006, not getting any return till date, it’s almost a dead investment. More than 70% of office space, commercial shops, and studio apartments are vacant. No sale purchase and leasing customers available for this property.

Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

Actually, only a few Malls is running fine in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area such as Shipra Mall, GIP Mall, DLF Mall of India, etc otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss

The AMR, The Great Adventure Mall is developed by the AMR Group. It’s a commercial property. This project is consists of a retail commercial shop, office space, studio apartments, serviced apartments, multiplex, food courts, and entertainment facilities.
