The ATS Bouquet is situated in the 120 ft wide sector road of the sector 132 Noida. Actually, this project is not exactly located on the Noida Greater Noida Expressway but approx one kilometer away from the Noida Expressway. The project has a good location.

The ATS Bouquet is very well connected to Noida Greater Noida Expressway.  JP Hospital is just a 3-minutes distance from this project.  Prominent institutions in the closest proximity like DPS, Genesis Global School, Shiv Nadar School, & Footprints: Play School & Day Care Creche etc.

Possession | Construction Update
At present, the ATS Bouquet project is under construction. The promised date of delivery of the project is in the month of December 2019.

Advantages | Good Factors
The layout design of IT-Office space is very impressive. The office space is well furnished and designed to cater to every business. The project has the proper parking space for stakeholders and visiting guests. The overall layout design of ATS Bouquet is excellent.

The ATS Bouquet can be a good option for IT-companies (Multi-National Companies) office setups.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
The ATS Bouquet is the first big commercial project by the ATS builder. The layout design of The ATS Bouquet Mall (retail commercial shops) is not very impressive. The ground floor retail shops can be a good investment but overall this projects retail commercial shops is not very fruitful for investment because there is no urban residential population on this side of the Noida Expressway sectors.

Actually, sector 132 Noida, is a low-density population area or can say that there is no residential population and without any residential population there is no mean of retail commercial development.

The Maintenance cost is always high in a Mall type commercial properties. Maintenance cost will be approx INR Rs 20-25 per sq ft plus taxes.

The maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

Actually, only a few Malls is running fine in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area, like The Shipra Mall, The GIP Mall, The DLF Mall of India etc otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss.

The sector 132, Noida is an IT-Educational services sector, there are several ready to move and under construction, IT-Park projects/properties and educational institutes in this area. There is a big gap in demand and supply. The supply of the IT-Office space type projects/properties are very high, but demand is very limited. So the investment in the ATS Bouquet IT-office space may take a very long time to grow.

The public transport facilities and other civic facilities to the ATS Bouquet is very poor or can say there are no public transport facilities available.

The ATS Bouquet is situated in the sector 132, Noida, Greater Noida Expressway. This project is under developing the ATS Dreamzone Private Limited. The ATS Bouquet consists of IT-office space and the centralized AC commercial retail shops.

Builder Profile
It has no doubt that the ATS is a very reputed builder of Delhi NCR. He has successfully delivered several A-class residential projects in Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurgaon area.

The construction quality and maintenance of his delivered project are highly appreciable. So the investor can invest without any hassle.

Key Point
The surrounding of the ATS Bouquet, there are so many ready to move IT-office space projects, like The Logix Technova, The Assotech Business Cresterra, The Advant Navis, The Ansal API Corporate Park, The Express trade Tower-2 and the under construction projects The Paras One33 and The Urbtech Trade Center etc. Most of the above-said projects IT office space is not yet sold or leased.

Already, many IT office space is vacant in the Logix Technova IT-Park, which is in the service since the year 2015 and the Logix Technova IT-Park is adjoined to the ATS Bouquet.

The Advant Navis business park, Ansal API Corporate Park, Assotech Business Cresterra, and under construction Alphathum is the much better project/location in compression of ATS Bouquet for investment.

For a small investor, it is better to go for small residential sector markets and visible/pickup road facing ground floor retail commercial shops in a high-density residential area.

For the commercial retail shop investment, we advice avoid sectors 132, 133, 128, 127, 152 of the Noida Expressway completely.

Price | Lease Price
At present, the ATS Bouquet offers the IT-office space at the price INR Rs 5K per sq ft plus other charges. The retail shops are available in sale and resale at price INR Rs 9K per sq ft to INR Rs 14K per sq ft, depends on the location, floor and asking price.
The IT-office space price is reasonable for investment in compression of commercial retail shops of this project.

The ATS Bouquet can be a preferred option for IT-Companies office setups.
The Investment of the ATS Bouquet IT-office space may take a  long time to grow.  So invest carefully.
The investors may get a minimum of  4% per annum return after completion possession of this project.

  1. True feedback, really in sector 132 and this side of noida expressway supply of IT office space project is too much,

    Logix technova is ready to move project since 2014, and logix technova and ATS Bouquet project is in same line and location, till now there is no appreciation in logix technova,

    So future of ATS Bouquet it office space investment is not safe

  2. Logix technova is much better investment than Ats bouquet, that is ready to move and price is also lower than ats bouquet, really appreciable true feedback

  3. ATS is big brand in residential real estate in delhi ncr… but for commercial this is the first project of this builder…

    there is no lease guaranty or buy back in this project by builder….

    near by this project , logix technova, ready to move project, is not yet sold & lease…..

    so what about ATS Bouquet ……
