The Supertech e Square, situated on the service road of the Noida expressway. The Supertech e Square is on 120 ft wide road of the sector 96, Noida. The beauty of this project is that this project is really very close to the Noida Expressway.

The Mahamaya Flyover, commercial sector 18, residential sector 45 and sector 44 Noida is very close to this project. So can say that the location of the Supertech e Square is very prime.

TThe Supertech e Square is under construction. This project is already delayed by more than 5 years and now the possession is expected in the March 2018.

Advantages | Good Factors
That the residential sector 45 and the sector 44 Noida is very near to this project, so the Supertech e Square retail Mall may be attracted sector 45 and the sector, 44 residents. So the investment in this project commercial retail shops can be fruitful.

The Noida Greater Noida Expressway is an IT-BPO company’s destination. Right now the requirement of good location commercial office spaces in this area is very high, and supply of the good & approachable location offices spaces is limited. So investment in the Supertech e Square office space is good and avail good return in future.

The price is high for investment in the commercial retail shop and office space, but investment in the office space can give good returns in near future.
So investment in the Supertech e square office space can be fruitful.

Lease Price
The Supertech e Square commercial office space can be leased after possession at the price INR Rs 50/- per sq ft to INR Rs 60/- per sq ft per month, and in future rent, value can be INR Rs 70/- per sq ft to INR Rs 90/- per sq ft per month. If right now anyone invests in the Supertech e Square, Noida Expressway Office space, he will get minimum 3% to 4% per annum return in next 3 years after possession, if builder complete this project in the new set time frame.
