ATS Khyber Range Mall is situated on the service road of National Highway-24 of Ghaziabad. The project is close to Landcraft Golf-Link township. The project has very small frontage towards the NH-24 Highway. The project is not properly visible from the National Highway-24.

Prominent schools and institutions are in close proximity such as IMS College, AKG Engineering College, Rayan School, Gurukul, L K International School, etc. ATS Khyber Range Mall is properly connected to multiple transportation facilities and other civic facilities.

The project is just 10-minutes drive from Ghaziabad`s posh residential areas such as Kavi Nagar & Shastri Nagar etc.  The project is also very close to high-density population area of Lal Kuan & Vivekanand Nagar. ATS Khyber Range is properly connected with the main points of outer Ghaziabad such as  Crossings Republik, Wave City, Aditya World City, Bamheta Village, etc. It’s an approachable location commercial project.

In fact, a good Mall-type commercial project is very much needed in this developing area. Which can fulfill the shopping and entertainment needs of nearby residents.  Actually, at present, there is no good, big mall type commercial property available in this area of outer Ghaziabad. Drawbacks | Bad Factors
Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in Noida & Ghaziabad area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

Actually, the Malls which are up for sale get defective. Only those Malls are working fine which has at least 75% stake for lease otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss. Only a few Malls is running fine in Noida & Ghaziabad area such as Shipra Mall, DLF Mall Of India & GIP, etc. And all the above-said Malls has more than 75% stake for lease only.

Builder Profile
ATS builder has a good market reputation in the real estate industry. He has successfully delivered several residential projects in Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida & Gurgaon area. But the ATS has no experience of commercial real estate project development.
