The sale price of Migsun Migente Mall retail space is already on the very higher side. If we compare the price among other reputed commercial properties/projects of Raj Nagar Extension, then we find that the price of Migsun Migente Mall is higher approx Rs 7000/- per square feet.

At present scenario, for investment, the price should not be more than Rs 17000/- Per SqFt for the ground floor.

These days developer of the Migsun Migente Mall, offering several attractive schemes to customers to invest in this project, like the 9%  assured return & lease guaranty payment plans from day one,  and other greedy payment plans.

  1. Beware. They are fraud. I had booked a shop in their project more than an year back. The project didn’t get rera approval and so I wanted to withdraw which they had promised at the time of booking. After constant follow up also they never returned my booking amount
