The Ajnara Panorama residential project is located in sector 25 Yamuna Expressway Greater Noida. Sector-25 Yamuna Expressway is just opposite to F1 racing track (Formula One Racing Track).   At present the public transportation facilities in this area are very limited.

At present, there are very limited employment facilities on the Yamuna expressway section of Greater Noida.

Prominent institutions and schools are in the closest proximity such as Galgotai University, Gautam Buddha University, Noida International University, Greno Public School, GBU School of Engineering, etc.

Greater Noida is a well-planned city. There are so many well planned residential townships, flats, societies, schools, colleges, and universities, but there are no industries, manufacturing units, and other business industries.

There is a lot of hooliganism in the Greater Noida that’s why it is difficult to do business here. We can say that the Greater Noida is no gentlemen’s land.

The maximum residential societies/flats are vacant or low-density population, and most of these are college students. At present, the Greater Noida has become an education hub.

If you buying it for yourself, then there is no comment, but there is no point of investment at this time. The investment may take a long time to grow, in the same price, you can buy property in the already inhabited areas of Greater Noida.

The Ajnara Panorama is an average layout design project. The overall architecture is not very impressive
