That layout design of The Ajnara Arcade is very poor. Only front facing retail shops of the ground floor is properly visible from outside main road. Ajnara Arcade retail shop corridors are not properly walkable to visitors/customers. Entry of this market is also not approachable. It’s a very congested project.

Mostly retail shops, office spaces and studio apartments are unsold or vacant in the Newtech La Gracia, Only some Front facing lower ground floor & upper ground floor retails shops are working fine, otherwise all entire other floors retail shops and studio apartments are vacant.

If you are looking to The Orbit Plaza from outside road, You find that there are many branded retail stores signboards and you feel that It’s a big branded and fully functional Mall, but the truth is not that, actually the developer of this project cleverly paste big brand posters everywhere in this property front facing walls. So that builder can manage sale, purchase, and rantings.
