We can see the location of this mall with 2-logical points.
The First One: Core Mall is located on the main entry/dividing road of the two residential townships Sushant Aquapolis and the Crossings Republik Ghaziabad. This project is just approx four hundred meters away from the National Highway-24 (NH-24). The Core Mall is just opposite to the almost fully occupied residential township  Crossings Republik Ghaziabad. So can say that the location of The Core Mall is very impressive.

Second One:  If we compare Core Mall with other commercial properties/projects of Crossings Republik, then we find that it is the best and approachable location of Crossings Republik.

Several prominent schools & institutions are in close proximity such as ABES Engineering college, etc. The Core Mall is also on the way to several higher education institutions of NH-24 Highway. Overall we can say that the Core Mall is an approachable location commercial property.

    Very very true feedback.
    The Multiplex is the only advantage of this Mall, otherwise all flop.

    If you want a office near the Crossings or in the crossings republik, The Noida extension is much batter option than the Core Mall.

    there is oversupplied comercial in the Crossings Republik, and the Ansal Sushant Aquapolis is a failed township,

    the profile of this builder is also not good.

    Lease guaranty is nothing and its on the super area basis.

    The Orbit Plaza Mall, Ajnara Arcade, Newtech La Gracie,Panchsheel Square, all are vacant, all are flop show.

    Actually these builders have no concerned about the interest of investors, he is just filling his pockets.

    I am staying in crossings and I have retail commercial shops in the Orbit plaza on the ground and on the first floor…. no takers… total loos… even builder wont buy back.

  2. Location always matter in Commercial project.
    In this review admin saying “The Orbit Plaza Mall, Ajnara Arcade, Newtech La Gracie,Panchsheel Square” are at good location, but in my opinion these project location is worst.

    And most of these Commercial projects are not brand lease prior to sell. Maximum shops are sold for self use. Due to inside location office space are unsold.

    Yes, only few malls are success in the Noida,Ghaziabad. Only one reason of the success of these mall- brands lease done by builder before sale the space.
    Mainly those malls are fail where maximum space sold for self use.

This is a complete flop project, Surinder Singh Sandha is a cheater, meets personally at the time of getting investment, and assured return /guaranteed lease is selling tech. only, after investing, none of the assured return is paid, even none of the concerned employee / Surinder Singh do not take calls, they made the number blocked.
