Despite the Saviour Lord Krishna Mart is an approachable location project but the layout design of retail space is not very impressive. The project has a U-shape layout. Maximum U-shape layout design commercial retail shop projects of the upper ground and the lower ground segment is not working fine. Overall, according to us, the layout design is not very impressive.

As we analyze that Saviour Lord Krishna Mart commercial spaces have a loading of approx 50%, it means you pay for 500 sq ft and get only 250 sq ft approx.

At present, the Gaur Yamuna City is a low-density population area and the low density is good for living not for commercial property investment. The investment in Saviour Lord Krishna Mart retail shops may take a very long time (5-7 years) to grow, or even more. So invest carefully.

  1. Builder has no credibility but have a good muscle power and influence in political arena. He has cheated many buyers in other projects such as Saviour Isle Crossing republik. They do not provide the things they commit and provide the delivery 7 year late from the date of agreement. They do not take OC/CC and then pressurize buyer to agree on their terms.

    • Aadarsh me bhi Court ja rha hu in logo k liye mujhe to phone par jaan se maarne ki dhamki de dali. Or phone block kar diya waha bethi aunti ne wo bhi dhamka rhi thi. Sab Fir karo criminal act me. Pta lag jai in logo ko. Har project ki yhai haalat hai inki.

  2. Chor project hai ye saviour wale paise dub jate hai. Thai mera saviour street aaj tak nhi mila jaan se marne ki dhamki dete hai mat investment karo yhai

  3. कोई reply नही देते की मत फँस जाना यहाँ। Preshan होते रोज मेरी तरह। ये बिल्डर dhama भाग गया है सुना है। जब कोई मिलने की बोले इनके आदमी धमका देते हैं। आज पैसे के लिए मे कोर्ट जाना पड़ रहा है।
