The TDI Park Street Mall situated in sector-19 Sonipat. The project has a wide frontage. The project is exactly on the front of NH-1. The project has a wide frontage and properly visible and walkable for main NH-1 travelers and nearby residents.

The sector-19 of Sonipat is a high-density population area. There are more than 10-thousand flats and more than 30-thousand residents, and that is a very good sign for commercial property investment.

The TDI Park Street Mall is very well connected with the main residential sectors of  Sonipat. Major schools & institutions are in close proximity such as DAV Public School, Holi Cross School, Swarnprastha Public School, Presidium School Sonipat, etc.

The TDI Park Street Mall is very well connected to multiple public transportation facilities and other civic facilities. So can say that the TDI Park Street Mall is an excellent location project.

Sector-19  & sector 18 of Sonipat is a high-density population area. There is a huge urban rich residential population surrounding TDI Park Street Mall. There are more than 10-thousand flats and an urban rich residential population of more than 30-thousand peoples in this area. Which is also a very good sign for commercial property investment i.e. TDI PARK STREET MALL.

Advice
It is no doubt that the TDI Park Street Mall has a very wide frontage towards the main NH-1 but the layout design is not very impressive. Only ground floor front facing retail shops is properly visible and walkable.

Inner side retail shops of TDI Park Street Mall of all floors may not very fruitful for retail businesses. Hence the investment in inner side retail shops may be a dead investment.

It is better to go for ground floor front facing shops for retail business startups and for regular rental income.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in Delhi-NCR area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

Actually, the Malls which are up for sale get defective. only those Malls are working fine in Delhi-NCR which have at least 75% stake for lease such as Shipra Mall, DLF Mall of India, GIP Mall, Ambience Mall, DLF Mega Mall, MGF Metropolitan Mall, and Select City Walk, etc otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss.

TDI Park Street Mall is developed by TDI group. This project consists of centralizes air-condition retail shops, Food Courts, 4-Screen Multiplex, and Entertainment facilities, etc.
