The JMS Marine Square is situated in a 75-meter wide road of sector 102, Gurugram. This property is approx 1.5-Km away from Dwarka Expressway.

The project has a small frontage. And not properly visible. In comparing to other commercial projects of sector-102 Gurgaon the location of JMS Marine Square is not very impressive.

The project JMS Marine Square is under construction. According to several real estate portals, the promised date of delivery/possession is in the year of December-2022.

Actually, the JMS Marine Square has a very small frontage. The project is not properly visible and walkable. The elevation and layout design is also not very impressive.

The ground floor front facing retail shop can be a good investment option. but the other floors of this project is not very much impressive.

The construction and possession of this project depend on the sale of shops/space so the project may be the delay.

These days the developer of the JMS Marine Square, offering several attractive schemes to customers to invest in this property, like the 12% assured return, lease guaranty payment plans, etc.

Basically, the assured return & lease guaranty is nothing, the real estate developers sell their low money property at a very higher price to you and return your hard-earned money in the name of the assured return & monthly rent to you in the form of EMI.
