Neo Square is just 15-minute distance from Delhi International Airport and very well connected with the main points of National Capital Delhi &  Gurgaon. Neo Square commercial project is 100%  visible and walkable from Dwarka Expressway. The project is just walking distance from Dwarka Expressway. Huda City Center Metro Station is just 12-km away from Neo Square.

Neo Square is the central location of several high-rise residential group-housing societies. And which is a very good sign of commercial property investment.

The sector 109 Dwarka Expressway has 3-mega commercial projects such as Conscient One, Neo Square and Indiabulls One-09. All above-said commercial projects are under construction and very close to each other.

The commercial project which will give possession first in this location of sector 109 Dwarka Expressway can give better returns in compression of other commercial projects of this location.

Our Investments better growth depends on the possession first. Because of at present there are no ready to move Mall type property/project available in sector 109.

If anyone wants to invest in sector 109 Dwarka Expressway commercial projects/properties, we advice prefer advance stage construction projects or ready to move projects. We strongly advise avoiding delay construction and primary stage under construction commercial projects of this location completely.

Advantages | Good Factors
Sector 109, Gurgaon is a high-density population area. There are a huge urban rich residential population surroundings of Neo Square. There are more than 10-thousand flats and an urban rich residential population of more than 50-thousand people and can denser more in upcoming years. If the construction/possession of Neo Square Mall is complete before the Conscient One & the Indiabulls One 09 than this project can give excellent returns to investors because at present there is no ready to move retail/Mall/commercial  project available in the sector-109, 106, 105 and  sector 110 of Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon to cater daily needs and other shopping & entertainment needs for the residents.

These days the developer of the Neo Square, offering many attractive schemes to customers to invest in this property, like the 11% assured return and lease guaranty payment plans, etc.

Basically, the assured return & lease guaranty is nothing, the real estate developers sell their low money property at a very higher price to you and return your hard earned money in the name of the assured return & monthly rent to you in the form of EMI.

Actually, the assured return plan is a trick of fundraising. The Real estate developer sells its non-salable property with a greedy plan on a very higher price, to innocent customers in the name of assured return. They are making you fool.

The development and the construction of the Neo Square, sector 109, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon commercial project will depend solely on the speed at which the retail shops, office spaces, and other products are sold out.

The Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Gurugram and Delhi area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

Actually, only a few Malls is running fine in Gurugram and Delhi area such as Ambience Mall, DLF Mega Mall, MGF Metropolitan Mall, and Select City Walk, Saket, New Delhi, etc otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss.

As we analyze that there are almost no construction activities or very slow construction in the entire Dwarka Expressway sectors (New Gurgaon). The development planning’s of the state government has been moving at a snail’s pace.

The Dwarka Expressway (New Gurgaon) township has been under construction/development since the last 08 years, nobody knows when it will be complete.

The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has turned this area of the Dwarka Expressway into a nuisance zone. The builders are fear free and are allowed to do all sorts of nasty things.

  2. I purchased 2 shops in Neo square (Gurugram) as a retirement investment. I have made almost 95% of the payment, of all my life long savings. Till date I haven’t received any maps, any possession any kind of location or access to my shops.
    And now they are trying to sell my properties to someone else.
    They are cheating me.
    I have been corresponding with them for months but Neo square is not helping me. They are frauds and cheats. Please be careful

    Are there anyone who has invested in this Mall?
    Shall we create a Whatsapp group and collaborate on this ?
    I got a reply recently from them regarding the funds. They are now saying they have problems with funds and cannot repay the returns they guaranteed.
    I invested 2 years back in this mall and now i see construction is really slow and they now there are problems in repaying my funds.
