These days developers of the M3M Broadway, offering several attractive schemes to customers to invest in this project, like the 11% assured return, lease guaranty, and other greedy payment plans.

That builder/project who offers this type of investment offers is not in the category of secure investment, as our experience most assured return and lease guaranty properties are the investment of loss.

Do not put your hard-earned money in the builder’s seduction, assured return & lease guaranty properties are always an investment of risk. So invest wisely.

Basically, the assured return & lease guaranty is nothing, the real estate developers sell their low money property at a very higher price and return your hard-earned money in the name of the assured return & lease guaranty to you in the form of EMI. Actually, they are making you a fool.

It is better to go without assured return payment plans. prefer to choose, without assured return CLP (Construction Linked Plan) payment plan for investment.

The Maximum Mall or Mall-type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Gurugram and Delhi area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.

  1. M3M are cheaters that dupe people’s money by various types of fraud calls. Prince Dogra & Rajeev Bansal are two members that have cheated me on my 2 lakh rs. And did not give me any paperwork in return.
    I have been requesting to return my money but no response. I have filed a complaint in the commissioner’s office and will take it to the media. Pl. Don’t get into M3M projects they are a fraud.

    • M3M is a fraud company with shady dealings. They have the worst CRM , they don’t stick to their promises and commitments. For their Broadway project the Completion/Possession date given by RERA and in the Seller buyer Agreement Commitment date was given as 31.10.2023 but the Company in order to avoid paying the promised pre- handover amount to the Investors fraudulently obtained Occupation Certificate dated 13.12.2021 although the project is not ready to hand over as work is still carrying on even now (seven months after obtaining OC). Now armed with the OC the company has stopped paying pre handover amount for last seven months and is demanding the balance dues to be paid before taking possession. Besides this they had promised Trips to London and Dubai for enticing Investor’s for early booking which very conveniently were never intended to materialize. The company managed to obtain OC almost two years before the promised date inspite of Covid restrictions during the period and Goverment had given blanket extension for Compleation/Possesion to all the ongoing projects. The Company deserves to be awarded or investigated for their unparalleled achievement.

I booked Unit R1-112 with M3M corner walk Project – 17 OF 2018 DATED 24-01-2018 in Nov by paying 1L INR based on final offer commitment from M3M India PROMPT ENGINEERING PVT Sales Team, Ms. Shiva Goyal and Property Broker Karan Chmela Chaahat Homes Infratech Pvt. Ltd-Asked to send this on paper then they say force me to pay a token amount to get all as committed deal on paper and close, after paying the token amount when I got offered it was totally different than what they confirm and they started changing words and not giving confirmation, the strongly asked them to give official Quote along with agreed Terms and condition during deal close on Company Letterhead.

    I was following on this 2/3 weeks to move further and the day I asked this they all are making the story not to give as it’s a Fake offer to cheat the customer and once we pay 10% then there is no choice to accept what they say. This is what they do with All NRI customers as we’ve no choice accept this, as we see it’s approved by RERA, so they’ll not make any false /fake to cheat us.

    Now they say that please pay all 17L to get all these things on your agreements!! This is surprised me as they plan once I pay 17L then no choice to accept, this is how they cheat the customer and steal their money on the name it RERA approved, After that, I decided to cancel this and requested for refund of my 1L, till today its more than 2 Months there is no response from broker& M3M Team and even reaching to all their top Management Mr. Vivek Singhal and other teams.

  4. Guys do not invest thru Channel partners – Its BIG time fraud !!
    Spl – Assets Deals , run by Vineet chellani !!

    Its a fraud company – in starting they will do the Deals by saying number of commitments
    and once you give them the cheque – they will not pick you phone and not help you after that !!

    i got 15-20 lakhs Loss due to this corrupt ppls and M3M
    M3M is good but now the way they are looting ppls with the help of channel partner its bad !1
    they should help their customers!!!

    PLS AVOID THESE BUGGERS !!
