As of my last knowledge update in August 2023, I can provide some general guidance on the salary you might need to buy a home in Noida’s top neighborhoods. However, please note that real estate prices can vary significantly over time, and it’s essential to check current property prices and mortgage rates for the most accurate information. Additionally, factors like your down payment, credit score, and the specific neighborhood can also influence your ability to buy a home.

Here’s a rough estimate:-

Sector 44, 45, and 46 (Noida Expressway)
These sectors are  primarily a residential area in Noida. It offers various housing options including apartments, flats, and independent houses. The sector is known for its peaceful environment, green spaces, and good connectivity to other parts of Noida.

These are considered upscale neighborhoods. To comfortably buy a home in one of these areas, you might need a monthly salary of at least INR 120,000 to INR 150,000 or more. There are many posh prestigious residential group housing societies such as Perl Gateway Towers, Prateek Stylome,  and many more.

Sector 15A, 15B (Noida)
Sector 15A & 15B is one of the sectors in Noida, which is organized into a grid-like pattern with various blocks and plots. It is likely to have residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. Residential areas may consist of apartment complexes, independent houses, or other types of housing.

These areas are well-established and have a mix of housing options. A monthly salary of around INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 could be sufficient, depending on the property size and type. The Sector 15A & 15B is one of the best choice of Independent house living.

Sector 50 (Noida)
Sector 150 in Noida, India, is a rapidly developing area known for its infrastructure, real estate projects, and proximity to the Yamuna Expressway. Sector 150 is witnessing significant real estate development, with many renowned developers investing in residential and commercial projects. The area is known for its green and sustainable development, making it an attractive choice for homebuyers and investors.Here’s some key information about Sector 150 in Noida:

  1. Location: Sector 150 is situated in Noida, a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. It is located in the state of Uttar Pradesh and is adjacent to the Yamuna Expressway.
  2. Connectivity: The sector enjoys excellent connectivity through various modes of transportation, including the Yamuna Expressway, which provides smooth connectivity to major areas of Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. It’s also well-connected to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the metro network.

This is another desirable neighborhood. You might need a monthly salary in the range of INR 100,000 to INR 150,000 to buy a home here. You can chose many best societies for living, such as ATS Greens, TGB Meghdutam, Mahagun, Omaxe, etc.

Sector 93A  93B, 137 (Noida Expressway)
These are emerging areas with new developments. You might require a monthly income of around INR 100,000 to INR 120,000 or more. ATS Greens Village, Supertech, Purvanchal Silver city is the best options to live here.

Sector 150,  (Noida Expressway)

These are emerging areas with new developments. India’s top developers have project here, th like, ATS, TATA, Godrej, etc, prices starts from 10K Per Sq Ft to 20K Per Sq Ft You might require a monthly income of around INR 100,000 to INR 150,000 or more.

Central Noida
Central Noida is a prominent area located in the city of Noida, which is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. Noida, short for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is a planned city in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to the national capital, New Delhi. Central Noida is a significant real estate market with a range of property options, including residential and commercial properties. The real estate sector in Noida has seen rapid development and growth in recent years. Here are some key points about Central Noida:

  1. Location: Central Noida is situated in the central part of Noida, which is known for its well-planned layout and infrastructure.
  2. Connectivity: It is well-connected to other parts of Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi through an extensive road network, including the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, DND Flyway, and various internal roads.

Sectors like 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and sports city, there are some good developers  projects such as Mahagun ABA corp, Gardenia, Preateek, Aditya etc, prices starts from 5K Per Sq Ft to 10K Per Sq Ft You might require a monthly income of around INR 50,000 to INR 150,000 or more.

The township is designed to include various amenities such as residential apartments, villas, educational institutions, hospitals, shopping complexes, sports facilities, landscaped gardens, and more. The idea is to create a self-contained community where residents have access to all necessary facilities within the township.

This area offers a range of housing options. To purchase a home here, a monthly salary of INR 60,000 to INR 300,000 or higher could be necessary.

Other Factors: Keep in mind that property prices can fluctuate based on factors like location, property type (apartment, villa, etc.), and market conditions. Additionally, your ability to secure a mortgage and the interest rate you qualify for will also affect the affordability of a home.
