\nThe ATS Kinghood Drive is situated on the 120 ft wide road of sector 152 Noida. The project is not properly visible from the Noida Expressway. At present, there is no residential population in sector 152, Noida. So can say that ATS Kinghood Drive location is not very impressive.<\/p>\n

\nThe ATS Kinghood Drive is under construction. The promised date of delivery\/possession of the project is in the month of December 2019.<\/p>\n

\nSemi ready to possession residential sector 150 Noida is adjoining to ATS Kinghood Drive. And there are several under construction commercial retail shops projects in sector 150 for their daily shopping needs. So ATS Kinghood Drive commercial will hardly get any benefits from sector 150 Noida residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The layout design of the ATS Kinghood Drive is also not very impressive. The ground floor front facing shops are properly visible from the outside road, but due to its layout design customer can\u2019t directly enter into any main road facing retail shops.<\/p>\n

Sector 152 and sector 150 Noida is a low-density population area. Low density is good for the living but not for commercial development, and at present, there is no population in sector 152 Noida.
