The Urbtech trade center (UTC) is very close to the Delhi Public School (DPS) and the JP Hospital. Overall, Urbtech Trade Centre is a very impressive location project.<\/p>\n

\nThe Urbtech Trade Centre is under construction. The promised date of delivery\/possession was is in the year of December 2018. But the project is still under construction. The Urbtech Trade Centre can be the delay for more couple of years.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThat the layout design of the Urbtech Trade Centre is not very impressive. the ground floor shops can be the good investment but overall this projects retail commercial shops is not very fruitful for investment because there is no residential population nearby this project and nor in the sector 132, Noida. The maintenance cost is always too high in Mall type commercial properties.<\/p>\n

The Maximum Mall or Mall type properties are not the good and safe investment options in the Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.<\/p>\n
