Newly launch iThum-2 office space project creating investment competition at this location.\u00a0 \u00a0Actually, at present,\u00a0 there is no need for any new commercial project in this location. Oversupply is always killing our investment growth. \u00a0And in this consideration, the location of the iThum-2 is not impressive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second One: <\/strong>What is really happening nowadays? the residential property is no longer a favorite for investment. Now the builders are trying to pull the investor\u2019s hard-earned money in the name of investment and growth in oversupplied commercial real estate projects by creating the hype. Be careful. Our Advice, for investment, avoid completely, soft launch\/pre-launch\/primary stage under construction commercial projects of Central Noida.\u00a0 And in this consideration, the location of the iThum-73 is not impressive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possession | Construction Update<\/strong><br \/>\nThe iThum-2 IT-office space project is in the pre-launch stage.
