This project is just 500-meter away from the Noida expressway and properly connected to directly to nearby sector roads and the Noida Expressway.<\/p>\n<p>The JC World Mall is closet to JP Hospital. It is a 2-side open corner property.\u00a0 The JC World Mall has a wide frontage. The project is properly visible and walkable.\u00a0 So the location of this project is very impressive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possession | Construction Update<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">At present, the JC World Mall project is under construction. The project is already delayed by more than 4 years. The promised date of delivery was in the year of December-2018. The maximum investors who invested in Mall type properties are in 99% loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Actually, only a few Malls is running fine in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida area such as Shipra Mall, GIP Mall, DLF Mall of India, etc otherwise all other Mall type properties are the investment of 99% loss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The construction and possession of this project depend on the sale of shops\/space, so the project may be the delay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Advice<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Alphathum, sector 90, Noida is the much better property for investment in the commercial retail shops (Mall) in compression\u00a0of the JC World Mall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Products &amp; Developer<\/strong><br \/>\nThe JC World Mall is situated at the sector 128, Noida, Greater Noida Expressway. This project is developed by the JC World Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
