\nThe M3M Cosmopolitan is situated on sector 66 Golf Course Extension road Gurgaon. The project is surrounded by several ready to move residential societies. The project has a very small frontage.<\/p>\n

The project is not properly visible and walkable. So can say that the location and layout design of the M3M Cosmopolitan is not very impressive.<\/p>\n

\nThe M3M Cosmopolitan is in the services since the year 2017.<\/p>\n

Advice<\/strong>
\nthe prices won\u2019t very much hike at least for a couple of years because of the huge unsold commercial property on the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.<\/p>\n
