All the above-said projects are within a 500-meter radius. So all these projects are creating investment competitions at this location. There is a very big gap between demand and supply. The supply is very high in comparison to the demand for these same types of commercial products\/projects\/properties at this location of the Noida Extension.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the above said commercial projects are creating an investment competition at this location. So the investors can face problems in leasing and selling their retail shops, office spaces, studio apartments, serviced apartments, etc. And can face more critical conditions in the future<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
