\nThe Ansal Town Walk is a 2-sides open corner property. This property is in the front of the Dwarka Expressway. Ansal Town Walk is very well connected to the sector road of Dwarka Expressway.<\/p>\n

The project is all surrounded by several high-rise residential group housing societies of sector 104 Dwarka Expressway. Project is properly visible and walkable. So can say that the location of the Ansal Town Walk is very impressive.<\/p>\n

Possession | Construction Update<\/strong>
\nThis project is already delayed by more than One year. The Ansal Town Walk project was launched\/soft launch in the year of 2013 and the construction was started in the year 2014. The project completion\/possession date was set for the month of December-2017. But the project is still under construction. However, as of now, the construction is slow at the site. So this project may be the delay for more couple of years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Drawbacks | Bad Factors<\/strong>
\nThe Ansal Builder can very well put its customers under huge distress as they have done in their several projects of Delhi-NCR. This builder has developed a reputation for being a big-time delayer. Several residential and commercial projects in the Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon which was supposed to be completed in 3 to 4 years they take more than 10 years, and some are still far from completion.<\/p>\n

The Ansal builders already handover residential and commercial projects, security and maintenance are also very poor. Please check all the credentials of Ansal builders The Town Walk before investing in this project or any other projects of the Ansal builder.<\/p>\n

If you want to invest in the Ansal Town Walk project, you must be prepared for the long-term delay in completion.<\/p>\n

The property is best suited if you are willing to hold onto a longer term for returns as it would take a couple of more years (or even more) for completion of the property and the market to appreciate in the locality. As for the location of the property is concerned it is a prime locality with all required amenities located within 3-5 km.<\/p>\n

It is probably not the right choice for investment for those who are looking for ROI in the next year or so. Given the doubts surrounding the possession date, there may not be a real appreciation of value for resale in a year. In fact, investors who are trying to make a sale of their property in Ansal Town Walk are now struggling for resale. Despite having brought their prices down, they hardly get buyers.<\/p>\n

The ground floor road facing retail shops is perfectly designed for maximum visibility. The project is surrounded by several urban rich residential societies of sector 104 such as Godrej Summit, ATS Triumph, Puri Emerald Bay.\u00a0 Zara Avaas, and M2K Beaumnde, etc. And which is a very good sign for investment in this property.<\/span><\/p>\n

If construction\/possession of the Ansal Town Walk is complete within a year or on before other nearby commercial projects then this project retail commercial shops will give excellent returns to investors because at present there is no ready to move the retail market in the sector-104, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon to cater daily shopping needs for residents. And which is fairly uncertain.<\/p>\n

The layout design of commercial office space is also very impressive. The office space is well furnished and designed to cater\u00a0to every business. The project has a proper parking space for stakeholders and visiting guests.<\/p>\n

The sector 104 Dwarka Expressway is a high-density population area. There is a huge urban rich residential population surrounding the Ansal Town Walk. There are more than 5-thousand flats and an urban rich population of more than 20-thousand people, and which is a very good sign for investment in this project.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
