Express Trade Towers-2 is situated on the 130 ft wide road of sector 132 Noida. This project has a very wide frontage. The layout design and elevation of this project are very attractive.  The project is close to Noida Expressway. So can say that the location of Express Trade Tower-2 is very impressive.

Express Trade Towers-2 is very well connected to Noida Greater Noida Expressway.  JP Hospital is just a 3-minutes distance from this project.  Prominent institutions in the closest proximity such as DPS, Genesis Global School, Shiv Nadar School, & Footprints: Play School & Day Care Creche etc.

Possession
The Express Trade Tower-2 is in the service since 2016.

Advantages | Good Factors
The Express Trade Towers-2 is good for small & big Information Technology related office setups.

Drawbacks | Bad Factors
There is a big gap in demand and supply. The supply of  IT-Office space type projects in this area is very high, but demand is very limited. There are so many ready to move IT-office space projects such as Logix Technova, Assotech Business Cresterra,  and under construction projects ATS Bouquet, WTC Noida CBD, Oh My God, Paras One 33, Urbtech Trade Center etc. Most of the above-said projects IT-office space is not yet sold or leased.

The car parking is also a problem in the Express Trade Towers 2 and in the future can create more problems. At present public transport facilities to this project is very poor.

The Advant Navis, The Ansal API Corporate Park, and The Assotech Business Cresterra is a much better project/Location than the Express Trade Towers-2.
