The M3M Cosmopolitan is the worst layout design of the Golf Course Extension Road Gurgaon. It’s a retail kind of market but not even a single shop properly visible from outside road. So pre-plan customer will only come in this market. the prices won’t very much hike at least for a couple of years because of the huge unsold commercial property on the Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.
